Switch Loyalty on, then open Activities: set points per ₹1 on orders, add the extras you want (review, referral, birthday), and set what a point is worth at checkout.
When do points become usable?
Points are blocked when the order is placed and released at the stage you choose: paid, fulfilled or delivered. Cancellations and refunds take them back.
How do customers spend points?
Either a fixed reward from their account or any number of points in the cart. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so it works with third-party checkouts too.
What are tiers?
Levels a customer reaches by earning: each tier can carry a better earn rate and its own perks. Set them under Loyalty; the customer sees their tier and what is left to the next one.
