  1. Can customers cancel an order themselves?

    Yes, inside the window you set under Orders → Order rules. Shopify refunds and restocks automatically.

  2. What is COD confirmation?

    When on, cash-on-delivery orders get an email asking the customer to confirm. Confirmed orders are tagged allidesk-cod-confirmed, so you can filter them before packing.

  3. Where does order tracking come from?

    From the tracking number on the Shopify fulfilment. The customer sees the status on their order page without leaving your shop.
